Returns Policy

You have the right to return goods within 7 days of delivery. You must notify us that you would like to return the goods by either email or telephone. Any returned goods must be unused and in saleable condition in the original packaging. Customers will be responsible for the return delivery charge. We recommend that customers use a recorded delivery method for proof of postage and insurance to cover any losses in the case of non-delivery. If returning a product to us, please email orders@supapet.com with the details before doing so as then we can expect it and process your return. If you need to return an item please remember to include in the parcel your name, address, email address, telephone number and order number.

To replace damaged or faulty items please email orders@supapet.com. If an exchange needs to take place on a faulty/damaged product we require that you return the product back to us before we can send out a replacement. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.

Packages returned to us undelivered or refused are charged at £10 to help cover the Courier charge; additional charges may also be added.

By law we cannot accept returns of any medication including all worming and flea treatments. If you do return any medications then all we can do is dispose of it as the product is not re-saleable.
